Currently, only anti_heavy units retreat while reloading.
It would be very useful to be able to apply this behavior to certain other units, which are not currently anti_heavy:
Snipers
Moderator
Placeholder
Dominatrix
Dagger
Scalpel
Penetrator
Kodachi
Panther
Catapult
