I'm in the middle of my second project and I have the impression that there may be leakage of some of the goals from the first project into the second project. I'm guessing this may be related to Claude's memory system, or Anthropic's newer memory system that they are just introducing?
How is GPD designed to interact with Claude's internal memory? Is there something I should be doing?
