“New issue” template links to the old p5.sound repository

When opening the "create new issue" template, the "p5.sound Issues" link takes you here: https://github.com/processing/p5.js-sound/issues

when it should take you here: https://github.com/processing/p5.sound.js/issues

This is causing confusion about what issues have already been filed such as in this instance: https://discord.com/channels/836700474425475088/1377319463833305139/1534960516772921505
