Feature request: Render Quarto button

The Quarto source editor (where I do most of my work) has a preview button, a render on save checkbox, and a run all button... but no render button. Ctrl + Shift + K and/or the Command pane >Render document are decent alternatives, but I find them a little frustrating because the former clashes with the vscode delete line shortcut, and the latter switches focus to the terminal then pops up a modal asking you to select your preferred format, which is just slow enough that I sometimes forget about it.

It'd be very nice to have a Render document and/or Render project file, perhaps with a dropdown set of checkboxes so I can decide which formats I want to use and just trigger the render as a single operation.
