Source from top with Echo

I was trying to migrate from Rstudio to Postron but there is a function that I am missing a lot that's relevant for my work: source from the top, which is mapped in Rstudio (Mac) with cmd + option + B.
Is anyone here able to help me? I have tried with a custom keybinding to replicate the same functionality but both my attempt and the official Positron source from top fail to give me in the console code's echo.

These are the commands you are looking for:

They are bound to Ctrl/Cmd+Alt+Home and Ctrl/Cmd+Alt+End by default, but you can switch them over to using RStudio-style keybindings with the RStudio keymap.
