[Bug] diskmodel/model.xls has inconsistent BIFF BOF/EOF records

Issue Description

The documentation spreadsheet at:

man/html/diskmodel/model.xls

is reported by an artifact-validation tool as having an inconsistent BIFF record structure: the number of BOF records does not match the number of EOF records.

This can cause automated artifact validation to reject packages containing the documentation file.

Request:
Please investigate the generated model.xls file and regenerate or correct it so that its BIFF record structure is valid and accepted by standard spreadsheet/file-validation tools.

Expected result:
model.xls is structurally valid and can be processed without BOF/EOF mismatch warnings.
