Is the Enterprise Visual Editor still planned for release?

The Visual Editor page at https://payloadcms.com/enterprise/visual-editor has been marked "Coming Soon" for a long time now, and I can't find it mentioned on the roadmap or in any recent releases.

Is it still being worked on? A few specifics would help:

• Is it still on the roadmap, or has it been shelved?
• Any rough timeframe, even just "not this year"?
• Will it stay Enterprise-only, or will parts of it land in the open source admin panel?
• Now that Payload is part of Figma, has the plan for it changed?

Happy to be pointed at an existing thread if this has already been answered somewhere.
