New IPC implementation is ready for review
@lurtz will be on vacation starting on Friday (back on 12th of October)
Maintainers of score_communication should review until then
If discussion is necessary with @lurtz this has to be by Thursday latest.
Review hints: Potential threading issues

Findings will at least be recorded in the PR or in issues.
Anybody is welcome to pick up these issues in the absence of @lurtz. Later on discuss with @lurtz please.

Initial reviews for API proposal ongoing.
No feedback from contributor for method implementation request.

Additional QNX inotify issue was discovered. The infrastructure seems to loose inotify events in high load scenarios.
Investigation is still ongoing. Ticket will be created once more details are known.

Rustfmt is now enforced in CI. For CLI instructions check QUALITY.md
