First candidate modules to enter DICE

Dear all,

As discussed in the telegram chat, I would like us all to suggest modules that should be part of the first batch of DICE modules. Having a DICE module enables the participation of the module contributor in the board of DICE.

Principles, contribution guidelines and quality standards for modules in DICE are detailed in the Manifesto.

How to submit a module?

• If you are it's creator, please submit it in the comments of this discussion with a link to it.
• If you're not the creator, you can tag the organization/members that created it recommending the module. If the creators agree, it will be added to the candidate list.

Next steps:

1. Submissions for candidate-modules are open until Saturday the 10th of March at midnight (any time zone).
2. Candidate-modules will then be put into a list and sent out to contributor organization representatives to vote (with tokens).
3. Top 10 modules (having received at least 2 votes) will be accepted into the organization and their representatives - enter the board.

Hi you all if theres no inconvenient, we will introduce another module here:
https://github.com/coopdevs/decidim-module-action_delegator

The main reason is that we (Pokecode) will maintain this plugin but there also other companies interested and helping with the development (CodiTramuntana).
