Hi, I wanted to suggest adding an option to disable redstone circuit simulation in Endstone.
The idea would be to stop things like redstone dust propagation, repeaters, comparators, observers, pistons, and other circuit-related processing, while still keeping normal interactions like buttons, levers, doors, trapdoors, and fence gates working normally.
For servers that don’t use redstone, especially RPG or minigame servers, I think this could provide a pretty noticeable performance improvement since the server wouldn’t need to spend CPU time processing unnecessary redstone circuits.
If possible, it would be great if this could be implemented at a lower level, such as skipping or disabling the relevant CircuitSystem/CircuitSceneGraph processing, rather than just cancelling events after the calculations have already happened.
Not sure how feasible this is with BDS internals, but I think it could be a useful optional performance feature for Endstone.
