Explorer container needs removing between restarts

Whenever I do docker-compose stop I need to remove the container for explorer. Otherwise the container will stop after a while with Exit 1.

The logs show:

The workaround for this is running the command below before every docker-compose up -d :

docker ps -a | grep 'explorer' | awk '{print $1}' | xargs --no-run-if-empty docker rm

I think the fix needed here is to change the base image to use the phusion passenger base image.
