GIF Avatar extension for oobabooga
Adds an animated character panel to the chat UI. The LLM controls its own expressions via inline action tokens ([ACTION:wave], [ACTION:think] etc.) — tokens are stripped from displayed text and trigger GIF animations in sequence.

Lightweight — just an tag swapping src, runs fine on potato hardware
Drop-in character packs — rename your GIFs, point the config at the folder, done
Works with any model that follows the system prompt
No Live2D, no runtimes, no extra GPU load
