</h3>
<h4>1999 - Present</h4>
<p>NDP Software provides professional software consulting and product development to mission-driven and non-profit organizations working to improve human rights, education and environmental sustainability. Reverse chronologically, projects
include: • I contributed to Ruby on Rails app to manage high-tech recycling programs • I contributed to a video editing platform in React/Typescript/Python • I worked with a consulting team to build a ReactNative iOS consumer app • I consulted with ModCloth's storefront development team. In this role,
I advocated for and implemented ModCloth's first A/B tests; improved reliability of automated tests so they could be used as part of continuous integration; completed the implementation of new product detail page (PDP) designs.
ModCloth, the second-fastest growing US company in 2010, focused on bringing vintage, retro, indie, and otherwise unique hard-to-find clothing to the masses. (September 2011 – January 2013) • I developed prototypes for GemShare
(early-stage), a social search Facebook app, acquired by Nextdoor.com • SpinGuys (early-stage) provided turn-key political campaign web sites (PHP, 2003-2005) • At Liquid Audio, I developed an iTunes-like desktop "music organizer"
(C++, 2002) • I consulted as a front-end enterprise architect (Java rich client, 2002-2005) • I consulted on agile process and C.T.O. level technical strategy • I implemented source code controller processes, providing strategy,

<h2>Stitch Fix</h2>
<h3>Principal Eng, All Customer-facing Software</h3>
<h4>2013 - 2016 • 3 yrs</h4>
<p>» IPOed 2017. Stitch Fix uses a unique combination of software and people to provide online personal styling. I joined a team of 3 developers and then led the evolution of the marketing web site and the logged-in experience. This was a
fast-paced, pragmatic, start-up environment. The culture was data-driven, and I implemented numerous web-analytics tools for both usability and marketing. I also created the company's a/b testing framework and dashboard. Specific product
contributions include: • site redesign, in collaboration with a designer, which brought a significant lift in customers receiving their first "fix". I worked directly on prototypes, designs and user tests. • flexible "fix" subscriptions,
transforming the company from e-commerce to subscription based. • customer email integration, both transactional and marketing • physical gift cards: both web flow and vendor integration I made many behind-the-scenes contributions
as well, such as evolving the customer demand model, providing back-end administrator and customer service features, and dev-ops and scaling (Heroku/Postgres).» IPOed 2017. Stitch Fix uses a unique combination of software and people
