Some "unsupported/ESR" download CTAs also include incompatible release ones

Description

Current release is only compatible with certain OSes. Older OSes that can still download 115esr get pointed to that installer instead of release. There seem to be some extra buttons in a few cases.

Steps to reproduce

Open https://www.firefox.com/download/ from W8.1– or macOS 10.14–

Expected result

Buttons noting incompatibility and offering ESR–old replacing the primary release ones.

Actual result

Buttons offering release are shown as primary alongside the secondary ones, unline every other page that hides the primary ones in such case.

VM: W7, IE10; macOS 10.13, ESR

OK I originally got confused on W7/IE11 where the buttons were all over the place. But that has to do more with CSS/JS support so while sub–optimal, this is pretty much just "a curiosity", for awareness:

While a little wild, the channels page could be considered out of scope for unsupported platforms to some extent so unless someone wants to actually investigate to make sure the underlying code is not doing unexpected things per se, I'll limit the issue only to potentially viable funnels for those cases.
