Log uploads now use POST /v2/logs and crash analysis uses POST /v2/analyse on api.minelog.org. Removes the mclogs api-client modules and updates the Tauri capability and CSP allowlists.

Hi, this is something we're not looking to change. Closing. Mclogs is well trusted, well used and is used by nearly all launchers. |

Replaces mclo.gs with minelog.org for both log sharing and crash analysis.
