block-size 4 MB are too small. my S3 has too many small objects

What would you like to be added: add default block size into 256 MB or 512 MB,

Why is this needed:
it make object count at S3 smaller, thus faster read metadata at PostgreSQL

I have set to maximum which is 16MB, could we increase like 128 MB, so there is fewer objects at bucket?

If your use case is mainly sequential writes, then yes. You can refer to our official architecture documentation, which explains how file contents are split.
