Events timestamps are not in UTC after update

Summary

Hello, i've tried to migrate from Jitsu 2.7 to 2.11. In 2.7.
On both versions, timestamp is fine in 'Live Events' tab, it is UTC.

But, when it goes to Clickhouse, on 2.7 - it is UTC in timestamp column, on 2.11 - in cluster timezone.
I've tried to set session_timezone to UTC and no behaviour changed.

System configuration and versions

Jitsu 2.11, Jitsu 2.11

The clickhouse cluster is same for each installation. The functions is same. And values is the same.

Also, there is the bug in Live Events tab. Time column is not in UTC. On each versions.
