What happened

I noticed a v6.13.8 Security Patch update was released. I am on v6.14.0-RC1. Do I need to update my installation to v6.13.8 (and potentially lose new model functionality) or do I stay with v6.14.0-RC1 (and possibly continue to have security vulnerability)? I am marking it as a bug as the release notes are completely silent on this issue.
