Description: Routines for simple graphs and network analysis. It can

    matching R 4.2 and R 4.3 (graph 3.16 / 3.18) are archived and return
    HTTP 404, which aborts pak dependency resolution on those jobs. The
    ?ignore-before-r pak parameter makes pak ignore graph on R older than
    4.4.0, where a published release still exists.
