Issues using ncrc to install Griffin

Hello ! I am trying to install griffin, following the procedure described here : https://mooseframework.inl.gov/ncrc/applications/ncrc_conda_griffin.html#! (i have level 2 access, for a local binary installation).

However, after running "ncrc install griffin", i immediatly get the error "ERROR: Could not connect to https://conda.software.inl.gov". Any idea where this error might come from ?
