autoplay getting stripped

There's a video that has autoplay in the editor set is true.

Viewing the HTML on the block, autoplay attribute is there.

But on the actual front end, it gets stripped.

Can we fix this please?

This is being stripped by Interweave's HTML safelist; autoplay is not an allowed attribute: https://github.com/milesj/interweave/blob/37521e665969b85733fe0f767f548c397d6db3e3/packages/core/src/constants.ts#L306

We should look at adding this into our "already sanitised" list.
