Feedback so far:

• I don't love having to use FB or Google (though I'm not sure there's a better alternative).
• I missed the set amounts/custom tabs and thought I'd only be able to do set amounts until I took a second pass at the interface.
• I'd consider adding links to About QF for Businesses essentially everywhere that "match" or "matching" appears - I think the quadratic bit of this is incredibly compelling.

I use Brave browser, and when shields are up, clicking the 'connect with google' button gave me this error:
"CANNOT READ PROPERTY 'GETIDTOKEN' OF NULL"

When you click the "Pay $20" button after punching in your card info, its unclear whether anything happens - and then you're redirected
My plan is to donate $20 to each business, looks like I have to punch in my card 5 times LOL
