Kept is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 only ("AGPLv3"). You may use, copy, modify, and distribute Kept under the terms of the AGPLv3.

Kept is intended to be used as network software. If you modify Kept and allow users to interact with the modified software over a network, the AGPLv3 requires you to offer those users access to the Corresponding Source of the modified version, as described in section 13 of the AGPLv3.
The AGPLv3 license applies to public use, copying, modification, and distribution of this repository.
The copyright holder may also offer Kept, including contributor-submitted changes accepted under the Kept Contributor License Agreement, under separate commercial, proprietary, App Store, hosted-service, or other alternative license terms.
Receiving Kept under the AGPLv3 does not grant you any right to use Kept under those separate alternative terms. Separate written permission is required.
Contributions are accepted only under the Kept Contributor License Agreement

That project was released under the MIT License. Kept has since been substantially extended and rewritten, but the original visual and interaction foundation is gratefully credited here.
The MIT License permits sublicensing, including incorporation into an AGPLv3 project, provided the original copyright and permission notice are preserved.
If any files in this repository contain code derived from that project, the applicable original MIT copyright notice and license notice must remain preserved in those files or in a repository notice file.
