harbor is a local OCI compliant container registry

Why should this be added?

Popular container registry solution for selfhosted environment allowing for container caches, or just having a internal fast connection to a private registry

Installation Notes

they provide an installation script that takes values file and generates docker compose file with them,

depending on the installation method different "modules" are included in the docker compose file

it has 5 of them

• redis
• database(postgres)
• core harbor instance
• jobservice
• and webui portal

from the script point of view, the provided values file with sane defaults should suffice to install it, of note however is they recommend host networking to be enabled, but i think there should be no issue running this in both a VM and an LXC with both having docker/podman installed
