Describe the bug
Heya, I'm in the UK and have a SMARTY/Three eSIM (use the account for other IOT devices) and the profiles authenticate and download successfully, but the onboard Thales eUICC rejects them during installation:
bppCommandId: 5 (loadProfileElements)
errorReason: 12 (installFailedDueToPEProcessingError)
This also fails using upstream lpac outside openpilot. Reinstalling AGNOS 18.5 made no difference.
eUICC firmware: 66.81.2
Profile Package: 2.1.0
SGP.22: 2.2.0
Others have reported the exact error; eSIM.me support identified it as an eUICC firmware compatibility issue and proposed a firmware fix:

Another report shows the same eUICC accepting one carrier while rejecting another with the exact 5/12 error:
https://www.telefon-treff.de/forum/thread/9963440-esim-me-die-esim-für-alle/?postID=10066078
Does comma have a signed Thales eUICC/COS firmware update, or a newer eUICC replacement option?
Provide a route where the issue occurs
NA
openpilot version
0.11.1
Additional info
No response
