Use TangleGuard to show the internal code structure

I host a web app which shows the internal structure of common open source projects. I have added pingora, see https://app.tangleguard.com/project/github.com/cloudflare/pingora

It enables each contributor to get an understanding of the codebase quickly. It also allows to declare dependency rules.
