Current Source Directory Update

The CSD is updated but never restored to the original value. A stack should be implemented to ensure the csd is restored after a file has been included to ensure the next file is included from the source directory that makes sense (rather than the directory that was last included from).

Some progress on this was made with 88edd3a but what has been implemented doesn't properly deal with things. I think a more robust stack like implementation is required to ensure that the correct CSD is maintained.

Yeah, I'm definitely seeing problems with this. I have three directories, call them A, B, and C. Each one has an a.combined.js, b.combined.js etc file in it, and the first import in each one is

//= .

Where I'm seeing the problem is that in c.combined.js, I have the following content

/**
 * This is the C bundle file
 */
console.log('C bundle file start');

// include all files in the current directory
//= .

// now include the A combined file
//= ../A/a.combined.js

And what actually winds up in c.combined.js is:

/**
 * This is the C bundle file
 */
console.log('C bundle file start');

followed by the content of a.combined.js twice, and none of the other files in the C directory.
