Un-checking all the benchmarks causes a crash

The crash happens when all engines are unchecked. In that case selectedEngines becomes empty and the fetch URL becomes ...engines=. The API then returns data that is not an array, which causes benchmarkData.map to fail.

A minimal fix is to skip the fetch when no engines are selected.

This only requires adding three lines. If selectedEngines is empty, the code returns early, sets the data to an empty object, and avoids calling the API. Because of that, the for...in loop inside buildChartFromBenchmark has nothing to iterate over and simply returns an empty array. The page then renders normally instead of crashing.
