Advanced Metal Fortifier ignores Set Target, and enemies must get well inside their max range to attack it

Set Target on Fortifier does nothing, and a direct Attack command on it doesn't work either. Area Attack does work.
Units on Fire At Will only open fire on it when they're roughly 15–20% closer than their max range, as if its target box were much smaller than the model (hitbox is correct) and even then it's inconsistent, sometimes they ignore it.

Reproduce by running skirmish with Legion enabled.
Build an Advanced Metal Fortifier, then try Set Target on it with an enemy unit.

rightclick to attack or set target ON fortifier doesnt work. And the range to shoot seems to ignore hitbox size and goes for the icon instead. Try rocko vs fortifier, youll notice it starts shooting when icon is in range NOT the hitbox.
