DynamoDbStreamToKinesisIntegrationTests.fromDynamoDbStreamToKinesis has been flaky, failing at the MODIFY assertion (line 145) in these runs:

• Jul 24, main, JDK 24
• Aug 2, main, JDK 24
• Aug 6, PR #1666, JDK 21

Since it impacts CI health on main and on unrelated PRs, I'm annotating it with @Disabled referencing this issue until there's a fix.
