dec.free()decoder() initializes asynchronously. decode() and flush() are synchronous.
decode() accepts consecutive raw FLAC and complete Ogg FLAC files. Raw FLAC may omit
the STREAMINFO sample total. For chunked input, flush() ends the decoder.
