Installing 2.12 on Centos 7 - received message after mariadb install

I am installing webwork 2.12 on centos 7 and I receive the following message after the MaraDB phase...

I have tried this on a LAMP server and then just running it off of a clean server and receive the same message. I run as sudo or root and get the same thing.
