Consider adding Android Sdk to the CI

This is definitely low priority.
We can continue doing what implemented in 30b3cda, but at some point we may want to consider adding the Android Sdk to the CI.
It is more than 2GB.

This is pretty unrealistic for Travis since we would need to download it at the beginning of every test, but it can totally be done with the new CI when someone decides that’s where I should be spending my time

That’s not where you should spend your time. We are waiting for an engineer to take the lead :)
