Vim mode in web - not able to change language in insert mode

Found out that in web version, when changing language in vim insert mode, it changes to normal. Not able to use russian language in insert mode because of it. I would lable this new issue as low-level importance as anybody that is using vim, most probably will use just plugin to native app.

What keybinding are you using to switch/toggle layouts? I use Alt-Shift which seems to work.
