Write comprehensive documentation for the reference implementation.

Hi @nagasatish007! I'd like to work on this issue — it looks like a great
first contribution for me.

Before I start, I wanted to confirm on the dependency noted in the issue
("Depends on: # pipeline working") — is the reference pipeline currently
functional/merged, or is there a specific PR/branch I should look at
first to write accurate docs?

Hey @anchal284 — thanks for the interest!

You're right to flag the dependency. The reference pipeline (KYC Agent) is still being built out — it's tracked in #434. Once that's merged and the agents are working end-to-end, this documentation task becomes unblocked.

I'll assign you now so it's reserved. I'll ping you on this issue once the pipeline PR is merged and you can start writing docs against working code. Shouldn't be long.

In the meantime, if you want context, the design lives in
kyc-agent-deployment-plan.md
in the repo.
