It is possible to open the Turbowarp editor on smartphone browsers. But this doesn't make it really usable.
I noticed that if I create an iOS "app" on my iPhone, I see the Turbowarp editor without address bars etc. And if I pinch in a very "clever" way at the bottom left corner, when in landscape mode, I can see the full Turbowarp editor. Unfortunately, pinching doesn't work on the areas of the editor, so even if it is usable, it is difficult to write the value of the block arguments, to read small letters etc.
Why not adding a way to make pinching fully working on the Turbowarp editor? In this way you can both move from one point to the other of the editor and have a full view of the editor.
