Kubernetes deployment should be updated with the correct configuration and with the recent changes we have made so far

Is the release intentionally made private? The instructions aren't working because the Helm chart isn't public.

Nope. The helm chart should be public: https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/nativelink/nativelink
Although I agree that some of the docs here needs to be updated.

Thanks @amankrx for confirming,
I was trying to install v1.2.0 Helm chart and got the following error:

helm install nativelink \                                                                                                         
    oci://public.ecr.aws/b1l4l6w7/tracemachina/nativelink \
    --version 1.2.0 \
    -n nativelink2 \
    --create-namespace
Error: INSTALLATION FAILED: failed to perform "FetchReference" on source: public.ecr.aws/b1l4l6w7/tracemachina/nativelink:1.2.0: not found

There is no version 1.2.0 as of now. You can try pulling the latest helm chart using:

helm pull oci://public.ecr.aws/b1l4l6w7/tracemachina/nativelink --version 1.0.0-rc4
