AlphaCut v1.6.14 distribution notices

AlphaCut's original application source is available under the MIT License in
LICENSE. Copyright (c) 2026 SysAdminDoc.

The Windows distribution includes PyQt6 under GNU GPL version 3, the Qt libraries
under LGPL version 3 and compatible third-party components. The combined Windows
distribution is conveyed under GPL version 3, with the original MIT grant and
each component's notices retained. This does not replace the original licenses
of the individual components.

You may inspect, modify and redistribute the covered source under its license.
You may rebuild the application, replace the covered libraries and run the result.
Reverse engineering needed to debug modifications to the LGPL libraries is not
prohibited. No activation, installation key or hardware restriction is used.
The software is provided without warranty. Read the full license texts in the
licenses folder, including the PyQt6 and Qt license texts.

Download AlphaCut-source-v1.6.14.zip and
AlphaCut-dependency-sources-v1.6.14.zip from that same release page. The dependency
archive records source versions, upstream URLs and SHA-256 values. REBUILD.txt
describes the environment and how to replace components.

The public Windows build uses CPU ONNX Runtime. FFmpeg and model weights are not
bundled. Install FFmpeg separately for video. Models are downloaded on first use
and have their own license terms; models.json records the declared terms and the
expected file hashes.

The Windows executable and installer are unsigned. A SHA-256 checksum verifies
file identity but is not a trusted publisher signature.
