How does Eltariff-API relate to OpenADR recommendation for grid operators.

"Energiföretagen" has published a recommendation to use the OpenADR protocol for information exchange between grid operators and customers. There seems also to be some Developer portal.
How does this relate to Eltariff-API? Are the protocols complementary and/or for different use cases?
