Customer Service Setup: "imap Is Not Installed On This Server"

Hello!
I have default docker-compose from PrestaShop documentation.

For now have no idea how can I setup it because everytime get imap Is Not Installed On This Server

I am facing this same issue on Prestashop 9.0.2 running via Docker with PHP 8.4.15. The IMAP module was moved from PHP Core to PECL in PHP 8.4, but I'm not sure this is the root cause given when @AloneRUS reported their issue. I would like to be able to use the Customer Service feature but I don't want to run it with an incomplete setup due to the risk of messages being lost.
