[Bug] Parabolic ignores start and end time for twitch.tv / kick.com

Describe the bug

It does the same with highlights and VODs.
Let's say you add a twitch VOD to save 10 minutes worth of video.
But you will end up with the whole VOD.

Describe the expected result

Parabolic only downloads the necessary parts not the whole VOD, and trims it to exact length.
