Image renaming bug

When renaming an image and checking "rename file on disk" box when using the rename image nodes tool in the creator tools menu, if the renaming includes the .file type on it you get a redundant filename like,
example:
renaming: long face.jpg
to: face.jpg
you get: face.jpg.jpg instead.

I don't know what happened, it was working when I checked. Thanks, this should be fixed!

Ok fixed.

One suggestion, though: don't put the file extension name in the Blender file name. On disk and inside the image metadata, the format is already there.

Would you like a function to remove all those from that menu while renaming?
