Landmark Technology DevOps Demo - Project TODO

Phase 1: Core Redesign

• Remove authentication and OAuth functionality
• Switch from pnpm to npm
• Hardcode environment variables
• Remove dev/prod environment switching
• Simplify to production-only mode
• Update package.json scripts for npm

Phase 2: Landing Page Redesign

• Create contact form (name, email, contact, address, country)
• Implement contact data submission to database
• Create data table to display submitted contacts
• Display table on same landing page below form
• Add form validation and error handling

Phase 3: Topics Tab

• Create Topics navigation tab
• List all DevOps topics (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, etc.)
• Create modules section under each topic
• Add notes/content for each module
• Add examples for each module
• Organize content hierarchically

Phase 4: Interview Prep Tab

• Create Interview Prep navigation tab
• Add DevOps interview questions
• Add detailed answers to each question
• Organize by difficulty level (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
• Make content searchable (via filtering)

Phase 5: Resume Samples Tab

• Create Resume Samples navigation tab
• Add multiple DevOps resume samples
• Include different experience levels
• Show different specializations (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, etc.)
• Make resumes downloadable or copyable

Phase 6: Database Updates

• Add contacts table to database schema
• Create database helpers for contact operations
• Add tRPC procedures for contact CRUD

Phase 7: Documentation

• Update README with new features
• Update npm installation instructions
• Update environment setup guide
• Add feature documentation

Phase 8: Finalization

• Test all features
• Verify npm build and start
• Create final checkpoint
• Deliver to user
