Skins not loading

As the title says, the skins aren't loading, at least when connecting via Velocity (also the bungeecord setting has to be false for Velocity to work, at least for me

Are you running Velocity in offline mode (with disabled mojang authentication)? That could prevent the server from looking for skins

No, as in my other servers it shows the player skin
