== not working in remote development?

Hi, is anyone using IdeaVIM with remote development? For some reason, auto identation with == is not working for me.
Weirdly, when I do visual select followed by = it seems to be working though.
I'm thinking about filing about, but not sure if the team would look into it as it's quite an esoteric config.
Also when moving text to the line above using "enter" while in insert mode, breaks the indentation as well. Wonder if it's related.
