Inventory Changes Delayed

There appears to be delay in changes to the inventory configuration as if there is a caching layer that must timeout or be cleared somehow. Investigation needed.

This could have been related to pagination issue #11. Need to verify symptom - if add appEnv and then deploy fails with missing whitelist record then there still is delay. Will keep an eye out.
