I had to backport a bug fix to an older version of two of my plugins and now those versions are counted as latest, which might cause confusion or even problems.

The main download button on the project overview page should prompt you for the minecraft version you want to download the plugin for

Unpinning the version by hand, but that doesn't work if "latest version is pinned on main project page" is enabled

version 1.1 -> mc 1.20 <---- shouldn't be shown in download button
version 2.0 -> mc 1.21
version 1.0 -> mc 1.20

we can order download button by mc version, but then the hotfix would be hidden
maybe a concept of "supported mc versions" and download button shows both?

Might be overengineered, but what about a "recommended" option that can be applied to a specific version and is automatically applied to new uploads

Quite late to the party but what if the download button works the same but has an option to download a version for the specific version.

In this case be a middle ground between just clicking it and doing like modrinth does.

This is something that can be done in the redesign.
