Click handling clashing with Bootstrap NavBar

Hello,

I am using pViz to display a protein sequence on a website that also uses Bootstrap library. Unfortunately, this line handles the clicking instead of BoostrapJs.

Any ideas how to get around it?

Hi, We had a similar problem. Pviz uses an embedded version of bootstrap and some other libraries. Try putting the <script> tag for pviz before the <script> tag for bootstrap. So your code will use your included bootstrap instead of the pviz bootstrap.

Hi,
unfortunately, I tried your suggestion and it still does not work, even though Firefox now says that it runs the original Bootstrap function. When I remove pViz javascript 'import' everything works properly.

I may at some point create a third pviz dist that has no included libraries.
