Marguerite.jp hanafuda continuation

How to get Marguerite Hanafuda running

  1. Ensure PHP is installed
  2. Run run.bat
    • run.bat assumes you have Firefox. If not, please navigate to http://localhost:8888/Games/Marguerite_Hanafuda/ with your browser.

Plans for this project

I intend to:

  • Parse and slightly clean-up the codebase
  • Translate the game into English, and allow the user to toggle languages in the game setings
  • Potentially, add missing house rules (e.g. to koi-koi)
  • Host a live version of the updated game
  • Potentially, look into how this could be packaged to run as an offline desktop application

Current status

  • Landing page & header bar translated
  • All menus translated!

I aim to work on this project primarily until 10th June, and see how far I get.
