Comparison view

A suggestion of new feature is to have a comparison view - it would be a totally new view, not replacing the current one.

It would allow to compare capabilities of tools, e.g. on measured indicators.

Trying to summarise some brainstorming session.
We could have selection boxes in the tools cards in the grid view and a new button "Compare tools" to open a new view, where tools are shown in columns (or rows) for easy comparison.

I am in general okay with this comparision table approach, looks less complex and serves the purpose of what our intensions are.
Additionally I was thinking - would it benefit users if we also include overlap/shared row in comparision table. This overlap/shared logic reads three(or if required more..) fields from each tool's JSON, hasQualityDimension, improvesQualityIndicator, and measuresQualityIndicator etc
